Newmanstown Water Authority - PAY YOUR BILL

2 ways to pay your bill securely online:

The water billing is completed on a quarterly cycle;
The 1^st Quarter, January through March, is mailed on April 1^st;
the 2^nd Quarter, April through June, is mailed on July 1^st;
the 3^rd Quarter, July through September is mailed on October 1^st;
and the 4^th Quarter, October through December, is mailed on January 1^st.
Payment is due on the due date marked on the bill, which is the end of the month the bill was received.
Additional fees are added after the due date.
A late fee of 10% of the bill is added if paid between the 1^st and 15^th of the month after the due date.
Bills not paid by the 15^th of the month after the due date, will be forwarded to our collection agency and a late fee of 30% of the bill is added, plus additional late fees added by the collection agency.

The water bill can be as follows:

Send check or money order to Newmanstown Water Authority, P O Box 247, Newmanstown, PA 17073
Drop your payment at the "Drop Box" at the Township Building, 81 E Alumni Avenue (no cash)
Pay your bill securely online at newmanstownwaterauthority.org, under "Pay Your Bill" and click on "JBT Bank". You will set up an account and payment will come out of your checking or savings account. There is a charge to the customer of $1.00.
Pay your bill securely online at newmanstownwaterauthority.org, under "Pay Your Bill" and click on "Xpress Pay. There is a charge to the customer of 2.95% of your total quarterly bill + $.40. Payment is made by credit card.
